Ordering and Shipping Policy
Outside USA orders - Customs regulations vary by country and you
may be charged a customs, duty fee or gst (goods and services
tax) by your country's government or when the package arrives.
We do not have a way to know what your country may charge you.
You are responsible to pay any taxes your country charges.
We will not be held responsible
for items seized or damage done by the customs of any country.
All international shipments will be made AT THE CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK.
No dealer-middleman site orders. We only sell and support
directly to the end user of our products. If you are a new
customer for us, help us get to know letting us know your
background in the art of engraving. That way we can help and
support you best.
Overseas warranty: Three years on our tools. This applies
for outside the USA orders too, however shipping is to be paid
in both directions by the customer for a repair. Vises
weighing over 30lb are only shipped to a USA or Canada address. Silentaire compressors are warrantee through Silentaire.

There is no extra fee if you select "check in
the mail" for the payment method in your order. The other
payment methods we are charged if used, and therefore there is
not a way to recover that fee if you need to be refunded.
That amount is labeled "fee" on an order invoice. We could
raise our prices so those fees are covered (as we are sure other
merchants do), but feel that is not fair to customers who prefer
to use the "check in the mail" payment method.
Because of weight, the 90lb Titan vise and
32lb Goliath vise ship only by FedEx Ground. FedEx ground
can ship to the lower 48 states in the US and to Canada.
We do not ship (ground or air) using the receiver or 3rd party
accounts. If you are an international buyer, you may provide a USA
shipping address which will forward the vise to you.
Silentaire compressors are not shipped outside the USA. Check
for a Silentaire dealer in your country to purchase a
compressor.
